ARCA was created around a simple idea: coffee should be traceable, thoughtfully roasted and enjoyable without unnecessary complexity.
01 · Why ARCA
WHY ARCA
We started with a small roaster and a short list of growers. The aim was never to build the largest range, but to keep a range we could explain in full — where each coffee grew, who farmed it and why we bought it again.
02 · How we source
HOW WE SOURCE
We buy from estates and cooperatives across South India, returning to the same lots season after season. Altitude, variety and processing are recorded for every coffee, and we pay above commodity rates for the quality we ask for.
03 · How we roast
HOW WE ROAST
Every coffee is roasted in small batches and cupped against the previous roast before it leaves the roastery. We roast for sweetness and clarity rather than for a house style imposed on every origin.

TRACEABILITY
If we cannot tell you where a coffee comes from, we do not sell it.
RESTRAINT
A short, considered range is more useful than an endless one.
